ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ is a public company limited by guarantee that was established to take over the operations of the unincorporated college from 1 January 2021. The College’s Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the College. Ownership remains with  the ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵs of Don Bosco (legally known as the ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Society Incorporated (VIC)).
The ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵs of Don Bosco
Although responsibility for governance of the College shifted from the ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵs from 1 January 2021, the College retains the Charter for ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Schools which outlines the ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ charism and mission. The Members (comprising the Provincial and Provincial Council of the ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ Society) have reserved powers in relation to some matters such as appointment of Directors and approval of major developments.

Principal
The Principal is the chief executive officer of the College and, subject to the directions of the Board, is responsible to the Board for the leadership and management of the College and the education, care and welfare of its students and staff.
College Leadership Team
The College Leadership Team is the key decision making body at ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ. The Principal chairs the Leadership Team, which consists of the following members:
